As a serial entrepreneur, healthcare visionary, and innovative physician, Dr. Nanda is proud to have pioneered several initiatives that brought sustainable psychiatric hospitalist coverage offerings that have fostered a better continuum of care.Through the development of leading Telehealth technology, he has been able to extend care delivery into rural locations, allowing patients the ability to receive care in their own communities.His success in On-Demand Telepsychiatry led to developing an innovative scheduling/dispatching App that resulted in industry-defining physician response times, creating acquisition demand for Aligned Telehealth.By building Aligned Telehealth, he was able to provide on-demand emergency tele-psychiatric consultations that led to its acquisition by American Well.In 2022, Dr. Nanda co-founded Precise Behavioral with a vision to revolutionize mental health care for patients, providers and health plans. Serving as CEO, he leverages Precise’s network of psychiatric providers, patient engagement technology, and 20+ years of experience managing behavioral health service lines to enable healthcare systems and facilities reach more patients with behavioral health symptoms.As part of Precise’s technology stack, Dr. Nanda led the acquisition of Rose Health, a cutting-edge application that enables evidence-based mental health care monitoring for patients and physicians.

With over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including a decade in the digital healthcare sector, Matt has held executive sales leadership roles with companies such as Amwell, Aligned, SOC, Forefront, Seer-Health, Novartis, and Pfizer. For the last ten years, he has focused on advancing the field of behavioral health.As the Chief Growth Officer at Precise BH & Rose Health, Matt leads the growth team at the forefront of behavioral health innovation, transforming service delivery through cutting-edge digital healthcare solutions. His role leverages extensive expertise in sales, marketing, and CRM to enhance the quality and accessibility of healthcare services.Matt has extensive international C-Suite experience in digital healthcare, with a strong focus on hospitals, payers, IDNs, primary care, and specialty sales in therapeutic areas including psychiatry, neurology, cardiology, diabetes, infectious diseases, arthritis, and osteoporosis. Luke Raymond, LCPC
Chief Product & Strategy Officer
Luke Raymond is an accomplished leader in behavioral health strategy, operations and innovation with over 20 years’ experience in the field.A therapist by training, he has spent time in various clinical, strategic and commercial leadership roles with a strong focus on improving access to care, reducing costs and delivering effective outcomes.Luke co-authored an article in Psychiatric Times on implementing telepsychiatry in rural settings, and has spoken at numerous national conferences including HIMSS, ATA and AHIP.Luke has both commercialized and led initiatives that resulted in 50% reduction in emergency department visits, improved patient and clinician satisfaction, and delivered effective digital and virtual care at scale.Luke is certified in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy and primary care integrated therapy. His clinical interests include ADHD, anxiety and trauma recovery.

Andrew Loving
Chief Financial Officer & EVP of Operations
Andy is a senior healthcare leader whose career sits at the intersection of strategic finance and clinical operations. Over more than 25 years, he has held finance and operating leadership roles at HCA, Inspiris (later Optum Health), NaviHealth, and Cylinder (formerly Vivante Health) — building expertise across acute, post-acute, and digital health settings. At each organization, he paired financial rigor with a deep understanding of care delivery, helping build programs that performed well both clinically and financially.

As Vice President of Technology & Security at Precise Behavioral Digital Health, Ash leads the organization's technology vision, overseeing enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, digital products, and operational excellence. He worked as CTO and chief architect in startups, mid-size, and large enterprises to strategize technology roadmap. In the past, he worked with companies like GE Transportation, GE-Harris Railway Electronics, Navis LLC, Infogain Inc. In GE Transportation, Hemen worked as a solution architect to develop world’s first computer aided railway dispatch system.
Hemen is a regular author and keynote speaker in many national and international journals and conferences. He chaired an international conference session on software estimation at MIT, Boston, USA in 2008. He was also a keynote speaker in international expo on the convergence of AI and IOT in New Delhi, India in 2019.
Hemen obtained his Masters and Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology, Florida. He has been on the review panels of World Scientific and Engineering Academy and Society (WSEAS).
